Terms Of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of kapplarelar.com and related services operated by HONGYU INTERNATIONAL GLOBAL LIMITED ("we", "us"). By placing an order or using the site you accept these Terms.

1. Definitions

"Customer" means any visitor or buyer using the site. "Products" means sportswear, bags and accessories offered on the site. "Order" means a binding purchase request submitted through checkout.

2. Orders and Contract

After you submit an order we send an order confirmation by e-mail. The purchase contract is concluded when the order confirmation is sent. We may decline orders in cases of obvious pricing errors, stock shortages or suspected fraud; in that case any payment is refunded in full.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected at the top of the site (default EUR). Where applicable, VAT or other taxes are shown or charged at checkout. Payment is made via PayPal or card payment processed by Stripe. We do not store card data.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Estimated delivery times by shipping method are stated in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Consumers in the EU, EEA and UK have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Details, exceptions and the return process are described in our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory statutory consumer rights.

6. Customer Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide and for keeping your password confidential. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or resale in breach of these Terms.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site, including scraping, attempting unauthorised access, uploading malicious code, or infringing the rights of others.

8. Intellectual Property

All site content - texts, product photography, logos and layout - is owned by us or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission.

9. Third-Party Links and Payment Providers

Checkout and payment are operated by PayPal and Stripe under their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party content, but all complaints about products ordered on this site are handled directly by us.

10. Disclaimer and Liability

Product descriptions are prepared with care but minor deviations (for example colour rendering on screens) are possible. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for indirect damages is excluded; this does not affect liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory statutory liability, nor your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the user relationship at any time; provisions that by their nature survive termination remain in force.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page. For orders already concluded, the version in force at the time of the order applies.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. For consumers residing in the EU, EEA or UK, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of their country of residence apply in addition, and nothing in these Terms deprives consumers of the protection afforded by those provisions.
